Sales Manager

Location: Remote / Hybrid (North America) Department: Sales & Business Development Reports to: VP

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our North American sales operations for electronic and electrical components. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and managing key accounts across industries such as automotive, industrial automation, consumer electronics, and renewable energy. The ideal candidate has a deep technical understanding of electronic components, a proven track record in B2B component sales, and strong relationships with OEMs and EMS providers in North America.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue, gross margin, and market share targets in the North American region. Business Development: Identify, prospect, and secure new design-in wins and high-value accounts for a wide range of electronic and electrical parts (e.g., connectors, passives, semiconductors, electromechanical parts). Key Account Management: Build and maintain long-term, executive-level relationships with key Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS), and tier-1 distributors. Technical Sales Leadership: Collaborate closely with Field Application Engineers (FAEs) and product engineering teams to provide technical proposals, custom solutions, and product presentations to clients. Pipeline & Market Management: Maintain an accurate sales forecast and CRM pipeline. Monitor North American market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to stay ahead of the competition. Contract Negotiation: Lead commercial and contractual negotiations, ensuring alignment with company profitability and risk-management guidelines.

Customer Support

Location: Remote / Hybrid (North America) Department: Customer Success & Operations Reports to: Director of Operations

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-centric Customer Support Specialist with a technical background to join our North American team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our OEMs, EMS partners, and distributors, handling order management, technical inquiries, and post-sales support for our electronic and electrical component portfolios. The ideal candidate excels at problem-solving, bridges the gap between engineering/sales and customers, and ensures seamless order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Advocacy & Communication: Act as the primary liaison between North American clients and our internal supply chain, quality, and engineering teams to resolve inquiries, order updates, and technical issues. Order Management & Lifecycle: Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process—from quote request review, order entry, and allocation tracking, to delivery status updates and billing coordination via ERP/CRM systems. Technical First-Line Support: Provide initial technical assistance regarding product specifications, cross-references, datasheets, RoHS/REACH compliance certificates, and basic application queries for electronic and electrical parts (e.g., connectors, switches, relays, passives). RMA & Quality Issue Management: Coordinate Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA), track defect investigations, and work with the Quality Assurance team to issue timely reports and corrective actions (8D reports) to clients. Inventory & Demand Tracking: Collaborate with sales and supply chain teams to monitor customer forecasts, manage lead times, and proactively communicate any supply chain disruptions or allocations. Process Improvement: Maintain accurate customer logs, document service tickets, and help streamline support workflows to improve response times and customer retention.
